What's the difference between Newports (Cigarettes.)?

I bought my son a pack of newport and he goes "aw why it had to be shorts" and i was totally confused! Like what's the difference? how do you know if your buying "shorts" or not? like its shorts not strong enough?

  1. There are "shorts", which are regular length cigarettes, and "hundreds", which are almost half as long.  The hundreds contain more nicotine and are a longer smoking cigarette.


  2. "shorts" are regular size.

    "100" are larger

    "220" are the largest and very hard to find in the USA

  3. 'hundreds' are probably what he was looking for. They are the longer lengthed cigarretes which is clearly obvious from the size/length of cigarette box. But, if u don't ask for the '100s' or 'hundreds' pack then they'll just give u the shorter regular length cigarette.
