What's the difference between Read Star Hens and Black Star Hens? Do they get along in a mixed flock?

The difference is just coloration.  They will get along as well as any chickens do in a mixed flock, so they should be fine.  As long as you are just interested in laying hens you're ok.  If you want to breed them you'll need roosters of each type and isolate the breeders to ensure purity of the strain.

  3. THE COLOR. STARS ARE NEW AND THEIR DISTINCTIVE ATTRIBUTES ARE THAT AT HATCHING THE HENS AND ROOSTERS ARE DIFFERENT COLORS MAKING SEXING THEM A BREEZE. THEY ARE ALSO GREAT EGG LAYERS. AND IF YOU MIX THEM YOU ARE DEFEATING THE PURPOSE OF THE COLOR DIFFERENCE.
