  1. run: temporary stores the file

save: saves it onto your computer and never gets rid of it untill u decide to delete it =)

  2. Run means it will be set up without saving into your pc. And save means it will be saved on your pc. Find the location your want to save on your pc, then double click on it to set up. Don't worry. Nothing will happen to your pc.

  3. You should already know this, but when downloading any program you have the option of letting the original site take temporary control of your system and install the requested information, which to me is just not an option; or you can save the information to your hard drive in whatever destination you choose and run the installation offline at your own convenience, which is by far a better option. The reason the latter is the best option, is because running an installation from the site gives the host an opportunity to load Active X and other nasty critters into your machine, not saying that this can't happen offline; but the chance to capture an intruding malware, spyware, or whatever is more in your control, see what I mean?  Good Luck and Peace.
