What's the difference between Sirius sportsters sp-r2r and the sp-tk2?

I have the sp-r2r but am thinking of getting another for the car. Will the sp-tk2 fit into my car dock that came w/the sp-r2r? Please don't suggest newer models as I just purchased the stratus for my car and it's pure c**p so I'm sticking w/the older models which seem much more powerful and have more features. Thanks for your help!
