  1. Spanish is pronounced as it is written, French has very different ways to pronounce it.

    It is complicated

    Spanish is prettier

  2. I don't really think French is prettier...It just depends on how nice of a speaking voice the speaker has. I really think German is a beautiful language, but I'll probably be quickly shunned by most...

  3. I speak both. They are pretty different in the way they are pronounced. In Spanish, you pronounce every letter individually. This is not the case with French. Spanish "R's" are usually trilled with the tongue while French "R's" are guttural and are produced in the throat. French also has nasal sounds.

  4. The difference between french and spanish pronunciation is.... French has way more accents than spanish and spanish isnt rly as hard to write as french is.

And in my opinion and many girls i went out with opinions french is a Really pretty language even though spanish is more popular

  5. Both languages are pretty, but I chose to take French as my language at school because I was awed by the way it sounded.

French pronunciation is undoubtedly MUCH harder than Spanish pronunciation.  In French, in addition to the much harder accent you must acquire, there are many exceptions to the rules of pronunciation.

  6. Spanish has only five vowels sounds which match the actual characters (a, e, i, o, u). It is also way easier to read because words are written the exact way they are pronounced. French has more difficult sounds and the writing system doesn’t  correspond to the actual pronunciation. Moreover, in French it is necessary to have a better pronunciation; otherwise people will have problems trying to understand you.

  7. well i've taken 2 years of spanish in high school and i'll be taking french my junior and senior year but i know that in spanish you pronounce every single letter(except the ones that are silent like ll is pronounce w/ a y sound). If your confused between what to take i'd recommend spanish cuz its so much easier to pronounce than french but that's just me
