  1. Sprite is made by Coca-Cola and 7-Up is made by the same people who make Dr. Pepper.  7-Up is bottled by different people depending on the area of the country you live in.  In the Midwest, it's bottled by Mid-Continent Bottlers.  It is hard to find in the south.  The actual difference between the two is likely the sugar content (Sprite probably has more) and the chemical identities and amounts of the flavorings used.

I think 7-Up is much better tasting.

  2. It is kind of like the difference between Pepsi and Coke, they are both colas. But in this case Srpite and 7-Up are both lemon/lime drinks and Sprite is made by Coke and 7-Up is made by Dr. Pepper.

  3. SAME.

    just different brands

but pepsi and coke are different though

  4. i wonder the same thing to.i guess they're just made by different thing but taste the same.

  5. 7-up is owned by Cadburys. Sprite is owned by Coca-Cola. There's also Sierra Mist which is put out by Pepsi. They are all lemon-lime flavored soft drinks.

Sprite is a bit sweeter and many people prefer it over 7-up.

    7-up is more citrusy.

  6. well the pretty much have the same taste but have different companies. but ya they are different in a small way. and i also think 7 up has caffeine.

  7. Seven-up has a more lemony flavor and less gas than Sprite. Where I can get 7-up, that is what I prefer.

  8. Sprite tastes a lot sweeter to me.

  9. Nothing really, just Sprite is by Coca Cola, and 7 Up is a different company. By me, same taste.

  10. They both are lemon+lime drinks but they taste different, i dunno how but i prefer sprite even though its the same as 7up..its weird..

  11. by the soda formula perhaps?

  12. sprite is by coke and seven up is by pepsi, although 7 up has more of a fruity flavor than sprite but i love sprite!!

  13. Nothing!

  14. They both remind me of being sick as a kid. I can't drink either without wanting to throw up. That was my parents' answer to everything. Here's a puke bucket and a glass of Sprite.

If I had to choose between the two as far as taste, though, I'd pick 7-up. Sprite is too syrup-y.

  15. Different companies!! one is Coke product, the other is Pepsi product. They taste alike to me.

  16. They are pretty much the same just different brands that make it but i think that 7-up is a little bit more fizzy than Sprite but Sprite is sweeter so it is weird.
