What's the difference between Vizio models VO42LFHDTV10A and VW42LFHDTV10A?

Same size, same definition, brightness, and contrast. Same price. One is sold at Walmart and the other at Costco. Any ideas what the difference is?

The VW42 model (Walmart):

Response time:  6.5 ms

HDMI Inputs: 3

Speakers:  10W

Size:  Slightly larger and heavier

Picture-in-picture, picture-out-of-picture:  No

The V042 model (Costco, Target, BJs)

Response time: 5 ms

HDMI Inputs: 4

Speakers: 12W

Picture-in-picture, picture-out-of-picture:  Yes

The V042 at Costco is about the same price as the VW42 at Walmart; however, the V042 at Target is a little more.
