What's the difference between a chrome vs. titanium dancing pole? Which is better?

Also, how do I choose whether the 45mm or the 50mm will be best?

Titanium is a lot stronger and will not flex as much as the chrome, but really all you need is chrome. I have the 50mm chrome removable x-pole and it's great. There's also powdered and brass. The powdered are rougher on your hands and the brass is really sticky, great for poses and hanging, terrible for spins.

titanium is stronger chrome is just plated and shiny probably the 50 mm would be best.
