What's the difference between a creditor and a lender for a business?

They both provide money for businesses, but is there a distinction between them?

  2. In business have you heard of the saying 'the means to an end, but not a end in itself' The lender is the means and the end is the creditor. That transaction is not complete unless you as borrowers buys their product like a mortgage. Now the ball is at your feet, to ensure that the transaction becomes a success or the mortgage is paid back in full. I think lender, borrower and the lawyer should sit down to create a new mortgage which is fairer to the parties to that mortgage.
