What's the difference between american, club, and open volleyball brackets?

i play volleyball and i was wondering, i know that open is the most difficult of teams but i was wondering what the difference between club and american is. help pleez?

The top level is the Open division.  The next level is the Club-National with the bottom level being the Club-American division.  These are the 3 divisions at the  girl's Junior Olympic championships in Dallas this week.  For the girls, there are so many teams, they have broken the club division into National (the top Club level) and the American.

For the boy's JO's this week, they have Open and Club with the top level being Open.  They are currently playing in Utah this week.
