  1. r h is right.  Someone with a CPA can be work as either an accountant or an auditor.  They are two different roles in the same profession.


  2. An accountant does your books, the auditor double checks and scrutinizes the accountant and book keepers to make sure everything is correct.  Thanks for asking!
