What's the difference between bleached and non bleached jiujitsu/judo uniforms?

  1. Bleached uniforms are good to get rid of that blood stain from a fight.


  2. Traditionalists want the gi to be clean and very white. Bleaching during manufacturing ensures the best "White" color. If not bleached the uniform is yellowish.

  4. Color. Haha, honestly that's it. They bleach the cotton so that it's a pure white color. So a bleached uniform is nice and clean looking and white, and an unbleached is cream colored and natural looking. Hope that helps.
