  1. Seltzer is just carbonated water. Club soda has some kind of mineral in it--  table salt, sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium sulfate, or disodium phosphate, depending on the bottler.

    As for Seltzer water?



    Pretty much the same thing as club soda (all carbonated water like club soda).  It's just an owned trademark of the Selters  company.
