What's the difference between crosstrainers or walking shoes?

  1. Crosstrainers tend to be a bit lighter than a walking shoe. Crosstrainers are also a little less flat so they are easier on the foot for say tennis or racquetball, sports that involve side to side movements as opposed to just walking.  


  2. Crosstrainers our used to train for different sports intensely while walking shoes are for casual walking and jogging,
