Question:

What's the difference between falling arches and flat feet.

I'm not sure which one I have but I know I have one of them. Anyway the problem is that the top of my foot hurts all the time (even when I'm laying down). . Anyone know what helps either one of these conditions or might ease the problem.

  1. Fallen arches are the reason the feet go flat. As for your foot hurting, consult a foot doctor.
