  1. referee call

  2. A flop is an obvious fake, and blocking/charging is legit contact that gives an unfair advantage to the fouling player.

  3. the difference is the ref

  4. flopping means you fake it

  5. Biggest Floppers-Vlade Divac, Manu Ginobli, Anderson Varejo, and Raja Bell

Go watch highlights and then you'll find out

  6. flopping and taking a charge are done for the same reason, to get an offensive foul charged against the offense, but flopping is like an acting job. A player takes slight impact, impact that is not strong enough to force a player to the ground, and acts well enough to make it seem as if it was an offensive foul. in the 2008-09 season, they are charging fees to players who flop

  7. you cant really tell unless you watch basketball a lot, flopping is when a person falls on purpose to try to get the ref to call a foul and blocking/charging is when the player actually gets hits hard and falls

  8. Flopping - Is a form of acting, they make Contact (Sometimes no Contact) out to be more than it actually is, to increase the chance of a foul being called.

  9. Flopping is were the players act to get a foul from the offensive player while blocking/charging your intention is to get an offensive foul without acting it or making t exaggerated. Flopping you exaggerated the act of blocking/charging.
