  1. First of all, how in the heck did this get in the gambling section??  LOL!

    But the answer is that jam is more fruit and has seeds. Jelly is just sugar with fruit flavoring.

    Mmmm, now I'm hungry!


  2. Jam has the pieces of fruit in it and jelly is just the juice of the fruit thickened with pectin.

  3. I believe jam is creamy w/o the seeds and jelly has the seeds and is thicker.
