  1. a stock car is a race car like NASCAR.an import is made outside the country you live in.

  2. To my understanding,a foreign(or import car),is any produced outside of then sold in this country.A stock car has two references,#1 being the cars made into the early race rack cars, most especially in the '50's & '60's.The2nd being a vehicle purchased with standard amenities(ie.,no-frills).No a/cno power steering etc.

  3. Imported cars are imported.

  4. Well an import car is usually stock when you get it. Import just means its a car not made in the United States or Canada. Honda is an import car because its from China. A stock car just means that there are no modifications to the car, it is the same as when it came out of the factory.
