  1. Black is darker, they cant see colors....but they can tell if one is darker then the other.

Color perception depends on the light spectrum an object absorbs or reflects.  In the case of white pigments, all the light is being reflected, black pigments absorb the entire spectrum.  Green is the result when all but the green light spectrum is absorbed.  As far as your personal color perception goes, color vision depends on the number of color receptors within you eye.  You can't usually tell yourself if you are color blind, or even what specific areas you are deficient in, because you have seen that way all your life and have no other way of knowing what you see is not like what the rest of the world sees.  The most common way to test color vision is with Ishihara plates- also called PIP plates.  This link will show you what those look like, and let you test your own vision.  It also gives a pretty good explanaition of the whole color vision/deficiency question.
