I'm studying which supplements would be best for me, but I have a case where I get no info about which D is included and a case where only one of those is.
Can a body change one vitamin D to any other or can it function on it's best with just one of them?
Or am I to get those other Ds by dietary intake/sunlight exposure (I'm not keen on exposing myself to sunlight intentionaly, though, but I might consider it if I coudln't balance my nutrition any other way, of course.) in case I don't find favorable supplements?
