  1. There is no difference, it is just personal preference. Synchro teams usually wear beige skates though.

  2. nothing

  3. Well, at my rink, the coaches are the only ones who wear beige skates, and on some websites, it says that the beige ones are designed for coaches. But at a rink I once visited, there was a girl wearing beige skates, and she defiantly wasn't a coach, as she was like 11 years old. But I would say that people mainly wear the white or Black skates.

  4. Nothing, but coaches wear them to show that they are a coach.  Girls under 18 are required to wear white skates at my rink.  But you can wear over the boot tights to have a more professional appearance.

  5. Well if you're looking to buy, nothing as long as you get a good pair. But if you were to rent them out at a rink, at least at mine, the brown are the crappy ones with no support. FYI.

    CANNOT go wrong with SP-Teri.

  6. The beige, I believe, are made out of nicer material, and really, would you want to ruin them? I'm not sure of the feeling difference since I've never worn them.

I know that Mao Asada uses them, in her fluffs you can see them. IF there was a major difference, I'd get them and maybe I'd be as good as Mao, haha. Maybe.

  7. There's no difference on the way the fit.

However, some synchronized skating team require you to have beige skates for the reason of having a nice lines in their performances.Same would go for single skating if you want the appearance of longer legs skaters will wear either beige skates or over the boot tights.

Nice thing about the beige skates is the don't show dirt and marks as easily.

  8. i dont tink there diffence

  9. Just the color.  Some skaters prefer either color.  Some teams require either color so their skaters look more uniform.  The beige color can also give the illusion of a longer line or making the skater look a little taller rather than cut off at the ankle with the white boot.

In my area, most skaters wear white boots, some have beige, but coaches are all about getting all sorts of crazy colors!  :)  I've seen lavender suede boots, pink suede, turquoise suede, white suede, beige suede, black suede, light blue suede, maroon suede and my favorite, black patent leather boots -- oh, they were so cool, but nothing beats a pretty white skate boot!

  10. Just the color!  Beige boots used to be used by show skaters for a longer line and synchro skaters for continuity, but now we have over-the-boot tights.

    My Klingbeils are teal!!

  11. Just the color is different. I liked the white skates better than the beige. Just because white looked better against the ice hah.
