What's the difference between xbox360 and xbox360 Arcade?

we want to upgrade from the old 360, but I don't know which one to buy. I can't seem to find anywhere that has the exact differences and what is recommended.

  1. The XBOX 360 Arcade is the basic version of the XBOX 360. It doesn't come with a hard drive.
