whats the difference with being (nationality here) and being PART (nationality here)

like im filipino, vietnamese and PART korean.

what's the difference with being just korean and being PART?

does that still make me korean?

  1. Nationality means your citizenship. I'm 2/3 Filipino & 1/3 Spanish by blood but my nationality is Filipino because I was born & raised in the Philippines. I can also be considered as a part-Spaniard because of my blood. PART means either half, thirds, quarter of these blood so you are still considered as a Korean (though not full-blooded) by blood.
