What's the differences between Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continues?

Present Perfect....The action has already taken place, it is something "finished"...Like "I  have said"...

Present Continuous.....The action is  STILL taking place..

For ex. "I am drinking" (Something that is still, right now happening)
