  1. well obviously se stands for special edition and rt is road/track or rapid transit as they call it now. se would come with better and more expensive cosmetic/interior and exterior furnishings while rt would give you better engine and powertrain differences like a v8 or 160 amp alternator because the charger usually doesnt come standard with a v8 and the "standard" charger just comes with cheap economic stock parts. also, if you really got the money you can get a rt/se with both special edition features and road and track features.

  2. different rims and tires.  different interior trims.  some different available affects...

of course the motor.  the se has the 2.7 which isn't worth the metal it's stamped out of.  it has such a reputation for sludge build up that Amsoil, who with their filters and oil will guarantee 25K miles per oil change, will only warrant your motor if you follow the factory recommendations exactly...

  3. The engine size

  4. The SE:

    2.7-liter DOHC 24-valve V6 engine

    AM/FM stereo with CD player

    Low-back front bucket seats

    Air-conditioning

    Tilt/telescoping steering wheel

    Remote keyless entry

    SE Plus:

$3,120 in additional equipment over the SE, with a $1,795 discount[1]

    3.5L high-output V6 engine

    ESP,[2] ABS and traction control

    17" cast-aluminum wheels

    SIRIUS Satellite Radio System

    8-way power drivers' seat

Satin silver / chrome interior upgrades and premium floor mats

    SXT:

    3.5-liter SOHC high-output 24-valve V6 engine

    Low-back front bucket seats

    Air-conditioning

    17-inch aluminum machined-face wheels

    Available All-Wheel Drive (AWD)

    SXT Dub edition:

    20" Chrome-Clad aluminum wheel

Chrome grille inserts and mirror caps

    DUB embroidered leather-trimmed seats

    Three DUB Edition Exterior Badges

    MyGIG® Radio[1] and 522 Watt 13 speaker KICKER® Sound System

    R/T

    5.7-liter HEMI® V8 engine with Multi-Displacement System

    Leather-trimmed bucket seats

    Air-conditioning

    18-inch machined aluminum wheels

    Available All-Wheel Drive (AWD)

    SRT 8:

    6.1-liter SRT HEMI® SMPI V8 engine

Performance leather-trimmed seats with Preferred Suede® accents

20-inch SRT forged, polished aluminum wheels

AM/FM radio with CD and an auxiliary audio input jack

    Air-conditioning

Differences body style would be the whells on the Dub Edition are way better than any others, but all in all the last three listed look the best
