    The pound sterling also looks alot different.

    each note is a different size and colour depending on it's value

    The style of the notes also change depending on wether it is a Bank of England note or a Bank of Scotland or Cyldesdale Bank Note

    as an example, here is a Bank of England 20 pound note

  6. United kingdon is about 50% more expensive than american money. Im taking it besides teh fact that they look different :). the conversian rate for all countries is constantly going up and down. but its about taht. so 1.50 $ would make 1 euro.

  7. British pounds come in different sizes/colors for each denomination; US dollars are all the same size and color.

    Right now the exchange rate is $1.95 US = 1 GBP

    So it takes almost 2 US dollars to buy one British pound. Ouch for us Americans...
