What's the different between a quad and a atv ?

A quad is an ATV, and the one you've linked to looks like it's built pretty cheaply. To answer your second question I, personally, would NOT buy that quad. I think it would be in your best interest to look into Honda's. I've owned many quads, and I've found Honda to be the best all-around, and most importantly, the longest lasting. There are a lot of New import Bikes and quads I'm noticing lately, and they are really getting out of control with how poor the quality is. Stick with something tried and true. You won't regret it.

A Quad is an ATV with four wheels and I agree with them, don't buy it.
