What's the different between soft board and fiber glass one?

Cost, safety and performance.  Soft boards are cheaper and safer but do not perform nearly as well.  This is why they are good as a starter board to learn on.  Getting hit in the head with a fiberglass board hurts, getting hit in the head with a soft board doesn't hurt...quite as much.  Soft boards also tend to have hard rubber fins rather than fiberglass or plastic fins so you can't cut yourself on them either.

You are really giving up quite a bit in performance though.  They flex a lot, don't have well shaped rails and little too no bottom contour.

the fiber glass board is more safe, but it is alot of fun cause it is really easy to do tricks on compared to a reg board. but a soft board is just for the ride.
