What's the diffrence between being drunk and having a slight buzz?

Sober, Slight Buzz, Buzzed, Tipsy, Drunk, Wasted.

A slight buzz is basically the threshold effect.  It's when you realize you're not completely sober anymore, but you're still functional.

Drunk is when you start tripping over things... shoes, feet, tables, words, etc.
