What's the e-mail address for Banque de France?

I have some French francs from a 1995 visit, which I'm

told can still be converted to Euros by Banque de France only.

Is there a branch in the USA?

I know millions of Frenchmen still have some francs here and there in their drawers, so it would be nice if the main banque still converts

The bank's website lists [e-mail]  as the general email for the bank. The mailing address is -

All of that is directly from their website. I did not find any indication that they have any offices outside of France but you can email them and ask. It's not necessary to email them in French, there is most certainly someone at the bank who can speak English. Their website is in both French and English.
