I'm only 20 and I counted about ten strands of white hair. Should I be concerned?

  1. There is no specific age....it depends on genes and also actually on life experiences...If you've gone through something very tragic you can get white hair very young...even in children

  2. My grandfather went completely white haired at the age of 17.  (The fact the Germans gassed him in WWI might have had something to do with it though).

  3. There is no set age at which people can expect to begin going gray..or white, in your case.. Some get their first grey hairs at 20.

Take a look at Richard Gere...he's had gray hair for quite a while, same with George Clooney and Steve Martin.
