What's the earliest positive result you've heard of a woman having?

..when taking a pregnancy test?

I got a positive test a week and ahalf to two weeks after conception.  I thought I was way further along and thought I had originally gotten a positive at 4 weeks, but then I got an ultrasound that measured teh baby two weeks earlier.  So I looked at my calender and counted back and with my new due date, apparently I was only a week and a ahalf maybe two weeks pregnant.

I was 8 days past conception when I got preg. with my son I was going to a fertility dr. at the time.

When I was pregnant with my son, I got a faint positive on a test. I went to the doctor a week later, and my uterus was preparing for implantation.
