What's the easiest and quickest way to improve your eyesight ???

I have done a bunch of different programs because I refused to get glasses at age 50.  My eyesight started going bad with all my computer work.

Putting on a pair of glasses. The next fastest way is to pop in a pair of contacts.

I know people who have tried eye exercises of different sorts, but all the scientific studies that have been done on the various exercises show that they don't help the vision, but they might help the health of the eye overall.

As much as I wish there was a better answer, the only other way would be surgery. There are herbs and supplements that help with vision health, but they can only help the health of the eye, not the distance between the retina and lens in the eye (which is what affects the clarity of your vision). If that's what you're looking for, I'd suggest going with Lutein, Bilberry, Eyebright, Zeaxanthin, and any of several antioxidants (all of which can prevent the eyes from getting worse). Sorry if that's not what you're looking for.

It sounds crazy, but eye yoga works! IT helps to strengthen the muscles, which has a side effect of controlling droopy bags under your eyes.

It helped me in my recovery from Lasik and to keep my eyesight balanced before the surgery.

I have been told eye exercises,but I have my doubts. In the 60's they had pin hole glasses, they were solid lenses with a bunch of tiny holes that you could read with. My experience is I was told when I was in my early 20's not to wear my glasses only when I needed to see. I have followed that advice and I am the only one in my family that doesn't need glasses.from time to time I need them to drive and at other times I bought "dime store glasses" to read. now I don't need them at all.
