1.Have pokemon ranger,complete the game and enter special code.You wil find code on cheat websites.DO mission and get manaphy egg.Make sure you have 2 ds,because then you have to transfer from ranger to d/P.

2.Special events.These are normally held across toys r us stores.

3.If you have some how seen it, you could try the GTS.
