What's the easiest way to get contacts out of your eyes?

I just started wearing contacts,and it's pretty easy to get the contacts in my eyes,but it's hard to get them out.

ya touch right below your iris (so not the color part of eye but right under) with clean hands and slide down a little bit then squeeze with 2 fingers

put a bit a solution in your eyes right before you take them out. And put some on your fingers. The wetter your eyes are the easier it is to get them out. Beleive me, I had the same problem...

Another thing you can try if you are having a hard time breaking the seal of the lens on your eye, is to close your eyes and gently "pinch" your eyelid in the middle by pressing the sides of your thumb and index finger together. Even though the lens is under your eyelid, this may help get the lens' seal to break.

what i do is try to slide the contact down to the bottom of my eye so it will fold and it's easier to grab=) also it's easier if you don't have long nails..that hurts. ahah.
