What's the easiest way to remove trojan viruses?

Actually, I tried to turn off system restore, restart the system in Safe Mode and run the full system scan of Norton. But it's no use. The program says, that there are no infected files.

Even the System Restore. I tried it also. But it's useless.

If not then the only option would be to reinstall Windows, but do this after you have done the necessary to remove the virus.

Reformat your drive and reinstall your OS to its original state. Refer to your manual/ recovery disk if you got one.
