Cheaper way is take service 130/131 till Raffia's hotel,and walk. or 145 to north bridge road and walk or arrive at citi hall, take FREE bus to Suntec (every 15min services ) . also can change bus, just one stop from raffia's hotel ( 111/106/36/857) Fastest way, put you hand up, Stop a cab .

There is no direct bus routes nor nearby mrt. If you are in super hurry, it might be better to hop onto a taxi.

Yes, the fastest way in to take the taxi. The nearest way is to take 130 or 131 and alight at Raffles Hotel, Bras Basah Road and turn right after alighting the bus and walk straight all the way till you hit Suntec City itself.
