What's the fastest way to fatten up?

I'm too skinny for my age (I'm 15, 5 foot 3 and I'm only 80 pounds). I wanna get fatter because everyone thinks I'm malnourished. I try eating 3 full meals a day, but I tend to skip meals because there's too much too do (schoolwork and stuff).

Help me! I wanna be healthy and get fatter, but not TOO fat of course.

  1. Eat in Food time.

    Eat even it is not food time.

    Go to sleep immediately after food ,both afternoons and nights.

    Never allow ur stomach to have this feeling of hunger.


  2. You can consume more cholesterol food. Eat before sleep and make your day relax (no need more energy to get up or work/stay lazy). Maybe those can help you.

  3. Add rice to your diet.  There's lots of calories in small quantities of rice; and it's also high in protein.  Just eat a cup or so at each meal and you'll bulk up quickly.

  4. get a tub of protein powder from a health store. they will help you gain some weight and condition.

    or go to macdonalds and super size everything.

  7. wow your B.M.I is 14.2 you are way under im like 17.5 im still under but i have 2 fatten up to

    just eat pizza i had 2 pizza's yesturday i gained to pounds yay

    but dont eat all fat foods because u will get spotty

  8. As you get older your weight will start to balance out. I also have issues getting chunkier. People think I'm too skinny but in other words they're just jealous. Don't let what other people say bother you. Keep eating what you eat now and sooner or later it'll finally catch up.

  10. When I was trying to gain weight. I was drinking Ensure for breakfast along with my breakfast. I then used a Weight Gainer from GNC for lunch along with my lunch and ate a normal breakfast. I quickly gained weight from that. Try it out.

  14. You body will develop, you are so young.  Hang in there and dont eat all the junk food everyone is telling you to eat.  Just do your thing and you will be fine.  Some people are just thin, others fat or whatever.


  15. Increase the amount of calories you are eating, not so much quantity of food. Also increase your protein. (If you have any Kidney issues this is not recommended).

    Not sure if you're a male or female, but either way, you're still young so you still have some growing left to do. Also if you don't already, start taking a multi-vitamin like Centrum or One-A-Day. It could be you really are malnurished and your body isn't absorbing any nutrients, vitamins or anything else because of an underlying issue. Do you know of any Thyroid problems in your family? An overactive thyroid can lead to someone being underweight.

    I do not recommend just sitting on the couch all day and stuffing your face, this is very unhealthy and can lead to other health issues. And I don't recommend just eating junk food.
