  1. Age old trick, tried and true: Early to bed and early to rise keeps you healthy and happy.

8-hours and 15 minutes of sleep is a must for a person your age. So, you should be in bed something like 9:30 PM or 10. No later.

  2. Start going to bed a little earlier and your body well adapt or just lay in your bed and just kinda daydream and you will fall asleep. I'm the exact same way and all I do is lay there for a bit thinking about the ideal life or my life dream and I will fall asleep. Also try reading before you go to bed it will make you tired.

  3. go to bed 8 hours earlier? at 10

  4. I have that same issue.. Im guessing start gradually going to bed one hour earlier every night until Tuesday and eventually you will be ok with getting up at 6 because your body will adjust to the new sleeping hours. Thats what im going to do.

  5. lmao same problem here. im starting college and have to be up at 6. ive been staying up until 3 in the morning too lol. the best thing to do is to start going to bed earlier every night. until u get down to about 11, then keep going to bed at 11, so ur body gets used to it.

  6. it depends on you. if i go to sleep at 3, i can wake up a few hours later (like 6) more easily than i can wake up hours later. just think about it. you're not really in a deep sleep. but, as i said, it depends on you. you can try going to sleep earlier. or, think of something that makes you want to wake up and stay awake-like watching a show, taking a nice hot shower when you wake up, working out.

  7. stay up all day, and then go to bed when you're extremely tired at about 5 pm.  that way you'll wake up at about 6 am and hopefully be back on schedule.

if you can't handle being up for 24+ hours, just go to sleep from about 3 am- 8 am and have one day where you're really tired, and then you'll go to bed at a decent hour.

  8. take a bunch of sleeping pills at 10pm and m********e really hard

orrr, instead of going to bed at 3am, stay up as long as possible untill like noon, then  the next day stay up until 4pm, then the next day to 8pm, then 10pm etc.

  9. use an alarm clock

  10. either stay up for 24 hrs and start over again or go to bed at 3 and get up at 6 then you will betired enough to go to bed early again

  11. I find the best way to do that is start sleeping earlier. If you have trouble doing this, there are a few ways:

1.) Exercise 1 hour a day. This will not only help with health, it will make it harder to stay up. This I learned from personal experience.

2.) Stay away from the computer or TV 1 hour before you want to go to bed. Your body naturally develops melatonin after sun down. This begins the cycle for sleeping. However, with artificial light, your body can become confused and slow melatonin production. When in college, I had trouble sleeping after studying. My roommate gave me melatonin pills and I was out like a light!

    3.) Read in bed.

4.) Go to bed 8 hours before you wish to wake.

  12. I've got the same problem!!!! You should try getting up earlier and earlier each day. Gradually get used to it. Force yourself to wake up earlier and that will make you tired enough to go to sleep later.

  13. Stay up the night before and then during the day, you will be knocked out by 9 next day, make sure to set your alarm though.

  14. drink a few glasses of wine at about 3pm... you'll be sound asleep in no time and wake up in time for school.
