  1. If you are a strong swimmer, streamlined arms and dolphin kick (watch Michael Phelps off of every turn during the upcoming Olympics to see the best of how this can be done).

If you are not a strong swimmer, then go for underwater breaststroke (both arms and legs) --will take you longer than the above but use less O2 so you can stay down longer and go farther than the other options.

But I really like that shark is chasing you answer! ha!

  2. With a great white chasing you.

  3. Streamline with a dolphin kick.

  4. Probly breastroke.

  5. I think that the breast stroke is the quickest when you are under water

  6. i garantee this is the best way: hands in front move them up and down and the legs like a dolphin also up and down i tested its great i made 20meters in less than 7 seconds you dont need lots of practise

  7. breast stroke hands and freestyle kicking

  8. Breastroke pull out or dolfin kick

  9. i think you should try breast stroke with your arms, but use a dolphin kick from a fly stroke. i always beat people doing a regular breast stroke this way

  10. Move your left arm and right arm throughly passing the water and move your feet quickly, and this helps alot- moving your head like your saying yes underwater. when i did all of this, it took me 5 seconds to finish! good luck

  11. Breast stroke.  Trust me, I swim for a USA swim team year round, and that is by far the fastest way.  If you are in a pool, it would be fastest to do a flat breast stroke along the bottom of the pool.

PS- Put your head down and make your body flat.  Kick one second before you pull with your arms.

    Have fun on the show!
