What's the funnest boat towable out on the market?

I'm looking for a safe enjoyable towable. I've tried those round flat ones but they're a bit rough to stay on and I really don't like laying on my stomach while I get pulled around.

I found one called the "grandstand 1" but it's kind of pricey.
