There are two. The first being Mel Brooks "Young Frankenstein" starring Gene Widler and Marty Felman. When I went into the theatre to see it when it first came out I remember thinking how strange it being in black and white as it began to roll. I laughed so hard during the movie that I was crying. The other one was Montey Pythons "Holy Grail" It opens with men on horses riding over the horizon but when the camera gave a full shot of the riders and their horses, theyre werent any horses at all, just somebody behind them banging two coconuts together to make the sound of  horses hooves....classic!!
