The promulgation of this bizarre death cult through modern means, like the Internet.

A homogeneous "Muslim world" is a nonsense as there are two factions, the Sunnis and the s**+'ites. Al Queda's propaganda creates this myth, drawing upon ancient perceived injustices like the Crusades.

It's unlikely that MI6 would be behind the rise of militant home-grown islamists, as the Russians are still busy spying on us.
