How much would the rent be on a nice 1 bedroom place in the village. By nice I mean rat and cockroach free, fairly safe surroundings, nothing palatial but certainly room to move around in,

Yeah, above $2500 and your still not gonna have much room at all. Your kitchen will be your size so you can't even turn around in it and your living room will just be a couch and a t.v. and it will be crammed
