What's the grossest thing you've found in your food at a restaurant or fastfood?

On the radio a few days back, a listener called in and said that she found a tooth in her orange chicken at a chinese place!

Too bad she couldn't say which one =/

  1. i found a large garden snail in my tv dinner, shell and all. i have found hair before in my KF* meal and a moth! just yuck i aint eat there any more.


  2. The grossest thing I have ever found at a fast food restaurant was,(drum roll please) the food.

  3. I found a bone in my eggs one time. That was pretty gross!!!!

  4. It happened to a teacher at my school (in Honduras). But the guy bought a ballada (its a tortilla with beans and cheese on it) and the thing was crunchy, turned out he ate half a cockroach.

  6. I've found hair, eye brows, pubes, and spit in my food before.  I always find hair in my food at McDonalds. My friends once worked at Taco Bell and they've done some disgusting stuff with peoples food.  Kinda gross.  It reminds me of the movie Waiting.

  8. At Mr.Gattis in Pigeon Forge TN my husband pulled a piece of plastic out of his pizza. Then the management didn't even come talk to him. Bad business!

  12. When i was visiting the air and space smithsonian museum in Washington DC, i went to the McDonalds inside the museum and had chicken nuggets and i found a bone in one of my nuggets

  15. I was at Applebee's and there was a tiny snail in my ice water, clinging to the inside of the glass. The waiter insisted that it was a stray lemon seed, but it was totally a snail.

I asked the server to wrap up my leftovers and when I went to eat them later, I found her eyeliner pencil in my salad.  Nasty!  I was eating something with her eye goo in it!  Can't remember the name of the restaurant for sure, but I think it was called Reuben's.  It was near the airport in Orange County, CA.

The worst thing I found recently was a gelatinous egg sac the size of a tablespoon (bigger) in a can of UNICO Black Olives.  I think it was from infected olive trees in Spain, as I found a research article on this.  Eww!!  As far as the grossest thing I've found in a restaurant - a roach in a salad at Chi Chi's.  Many many years ago, my brother in law found a dead baby mouse in the bottom of a bag of chips.  Too bad he had eaten the whole package before discovering it at the bottom! hahaha

I was at waffle house late one night with some of my friends.  the man at the booth behind us called over the waitress and said they had a big problem, and told her to look at what he found in his food. we were all freaking out, it turns out a s***w had popped off of the overhead vent and fell in his omlet. ew.

  23. Well I didn't exactly FIND anything in my caffateria school lunch but it's pretty gross. The hot dogs bounce and the mac and cheese sticks to the plate. It's pretty funny though. (i usually bring my own lunch.)

  24. i bought a sammich  at hardee's once, and when i got it there was a bite taken out of it...it was soooo nasty!

    that particular hardee's closed ages ago...lol...big shock!

  25. OMG - i bit a roach in half in a soft taco at Taco Bell!  This happened over 12 years ago and I still won't eat at any TB's and I don't even live near the one that, that happened in!

  26. A live ant was crawling around in my fried rice.  I didn't see it until I'd already had more than a few bites. I couldn't help but think that it was looking for its family who were probably still stuck in the batch. I kinda felt sad for it.

  27. About 1 yr ago I went to Carls Jr with my boyfriend and something that looked like a huge wobbly loogey fell from his Six dollar burger, ever since then we don't even think about going there.

    I once got two small pieces of bone out of Campbell's Select Chicken soup with egg noodles.
