  1. eating out

  2. Remembering what you used to eat and like and why you had to give it up.

What also annoys me is the 'why' question it comes up every time and its nice to share your opinion but when its with people who have no real interest and just go 'mmm' waving meat at your face i find it kind of insensitive.I don't sit there and say 'are you aware that whats on your plate was walking around last week and if you orderd what i did it would still be there'.If you respect there opinions and they don't yours than thats really annoying!

  3. missing real bacon.  The hardest part of being friends with a vegan is making a vegetarian dish (easy) vegan (not so easy).

  4. The inconvenience of trying to find good vegan food when out and about. Its easy if you prepare everything yourself but that takes time and preparation.

  5. There are not enough vegetarian choices in most restaurants.

  6. dealing with people that say

    1) you have to eat animals to get protein

    2) animals are put on earth for us to eat

    3) eat animals yet pretend to care so much about their dogs and cats, - yet they eat animals

    4) without eating animals we would be unhealthy

The worst, is when people say "oh yeah, I was vegetarian for three weeks, well I ate chicken and fish, but it was was horrible and I fainted" - okay they were not vegetarian!

basically dealing with people that have no idea, what being a vegetarian is or how great it can be!

  7. eating vegetables all day and every day

  8. I've been vegan for a month now and the hardest part for me is when I'm somewhere other than my home that has food. I went to Wet N Wild a week ago and, even though I brought my own food, I was still tempted by the ice cream (which was of course dairy).

  9. It would probably be enduring the ignorant unfounded comments made by people who are not vegetarian. Other than that I love being vege! I'm just glad my family is accepting and understanding because not everyones is..

  10. Dealing with the carnies comments....

  11. just staring at something like a hamburger and saying, "darn it! why cant i just eat it?"

  12. Dealing with non-vegans.

  13. Usually at restaraunts, the only thing safe for me to eat are salads (which usually aren't even safe until AFTER I ask them to put no bacon bits, ham, turkey, etc. in it), and I hate pretty much all salads!    And the worst part is that I can't put dressing on them anymore because I'm afraid that they do, and PROBABLY do, have eggs and/or dairy in it!  Rrrrgggghhhh!!!!!!

  14. seeing other people eat meat and if you ate meat before giving it up, but its for a good cause.

  15. Listening to people's immature and annoying criticisms.

  16. For me, my parents.

    General ignorance of others.

  17. getting used to the stuff they sell for example here they dont sell sh*t so i cant be veggetarian i'll die.

thats harder than giving up that delicious piece of meat

  18. having to eat vegetables only and not having protein but at least they have really clean collins

  19. buying sneakers

    (without suede or leather)
