  1. you can get these powder things to add to plain water to make it taste like lemonade and stuff from walmart

  2. Capri-son : )

    or

    V-8

  3. Splenda makes water flavoring.  No calories and tastes good.

    cheers

  4. milk

  5. try vitamin water.  its delicious.

  6. I would rather drink power aid or some flavor water. And yes lipton green tea is not healthy  relly. Its just make you fat. I hope this would help you good luck.

  7. sugarless green tea is very healthy for you...much healthier than milk even....by far...

if your worried about the bitter taste however you can get like jasmine tea or something like that which has a hint of sweet flavor but if your looking for something truly healthy then sugarless tea is the way to go.

(i would really recommend getting used to the bitter flavor of green tea though because it will help you a lot in the long run because of anti-oxidants)

p.s. artificial sweetners are not good for you, unfortunately.

other than that, you can also try odwalla, evolution, or naked juices which they have at health food stores.

or, you can try pomegranite or acai juice which has a lot of antioxidants.

o yeah about lipton's citrus green tea- its true that its not good for you because it has a lot of sugar. At least when your drinking natural fruit juices the sugar is natural, as opposed to fructose corn syrup.

  8. Squeeze some oranges. It's so yum and you get all that Vitamin C.
