$7 when the ticket cost was $5. I win hundreds of these and always pour the money back until I loose. That's how scratchets and pokies make money. Lots of little prizes to keep you interested. I do know a guy who won Set for Life - $50,000 a year for 10 years. When he won it, $50,000 was a lot of money. Today it's just above the average wage. He still has to work to feed his family.

I think you're better off playing lotto. Less prizes but a little more money when you do win.

i've won $75 on a $5 ticket.  last week my bf won $150 on $14 worth of tickets (3 diff tickets).  this summer he won a $5000 drawing.  he always wins everything.  

someone in our small town won 1million on a $20 scratch off 3days before christmas.  on his way home to tell his family, his truck broke down!!!!  he was stuck until someone stopped to help him.  he called my bf's dad (he's a lawyer) and asked him what he should do with the ticket.  he said, "have you signed the back yet?"  the guy hadn't, who ever signs the back of the ticket first is entitled to the money...bet you didn't know that b/c i didn't.   so we actually got to see the winning ticket....it was pretty awesome
