What's the highest paid engineering job with a master's degree?

I am very interested in medicine and biomedical treatments in engineering and I want to know where I can find a job that will eventually pay over $150,000.

That is a lot of money. Most jobs that I am familiar with top out there maybe, more like 125k though. If you do management, that is a different story, you can make maybe 200 or so.

I dont know much about industry, but as far as government/national lab, the above is what I have heard. Most start aroudn 85-100 with a PhD.
