What's the ideal height for a trampolinist?

alot of people compete in other gymnastics event because they are not short enough for the all around gymnastics. I believe your height is good for anything gymnastics including tramp

That is an interesting question and it really depends on what you're trying to do. Lets say a simple "seat drop". For that you don't need much height at all, bouncing only a few inches off the bed will give you enough air time to get into position and land it perfectly, hope this helps
